Spotless hotel with amazingly helpful staff and amazing food. All the staff was helpful. Unbeatable and incredibly comfortable location for our visit to Marina Vallarta relatively near the venue. A good restaurant and a lobby bar available.

Genuinely nice and courteous staff and the place was fairly clean. Fabulous and huge room with a hot-tub in the terrace, stunning position. Marvellous and very very good breakfast, a wide range of food and beverages.

Location - perfect next to the marina where there is a host of eateries as well as a all white taxi. Also, aBLE TO SWIM ON THAT BEACH. Well-appointed and brand-new room, amazing breakfast items.

Had Wi-Fi throughout the property. Location next to many restaurants and buss stop at resort on main street and tons of food at Marina and area attractions. A great selection of food options just a short walk away from the venue...

The room was spacious and luxury with linens to furniture and amazing views, for example, everything was great. The location was marvellous and stunning, relatively near Marina Vallarta. The hotel was set in a fairly nice area.

The hotel was wonderful and fairly clean in a fairly nice area. The room I booked was reasonably spacious and luxury and provided with a nice view and a hot-tub in the terrace and whirlpool. The breakfast was very very good, the check in was hassle-free. The location was great and amazing, the stuff where welcoming! Marina Puerto Vallarta district was worth visiting. The casual restaurant was nice, top-notch service.

Convenient location, great service. Special treats for my wife's birthday. Nice pool and beach area. Will definitely return.

The weather was lovely and we had no trouble finding chairs at the beach or pool.

Not nearly enough options to eat, could hear everything through the walls, and service wasn't great- i.e. our room went uncleaned two out of four days (we finally had to request cleaning at 5pm and still took forever), toiletries were not replaced, water turned off during a shower.

Beautiful, great location. Wonderful pool. Most staff very good although some front desk personell not too bright. Wifi, as is common in Mexico, was on and off the whole week.

Bedbugs. As a physician who treats flight crews at an international airport clinic, I am very familiar with bedbug bites and the international problems with them. There is no question but that I had new bedbug bites every morning, except the last two when I "bathed" in insect spray before bed. I informed the desk personel who didn't know what a bedbug was. Not wanting to hurt their business and willing to put up with the itchy bites while enjoying the otherwise great hotel, I chose not to make too big a deal about the problem. Not a sign of a dirty hotel by any means. Bedbugs are an international problem at all kinds of private homes and hotels-fine and not soo fine.

Stunning position to El Palmar restaurant, in the resort area. Well-appointed and great-sized room and an extremely comfy bed. Simple check-in, parking on-site.

Stunning, marvellous location in Puerto Vallarta, right by many different bars and restaurants. Lovely views of the bay from reasonably large rooms.

Well-layed out resort with perfect pool and beach. Great midday happy hour and excellent service around the pool. Comfy bed and unbelievable ocean view on the 9th floor. Convenient location, with walkable marina, nice exercise facilities, and good food and service at the restaurants. Peaceful and relaxing pool area with a nice swim-up bar.
